This year, we have been building on the idea of a skin club. We will switch it up from weekly tips by adding monthly habits and going deeper from my professional experience in a Patreon skin club opening in early August.
Remember, it’s okay to take breaks from routines. Whether it’s a vacation, a holiday, or recovering from an illness, life happens. But these are not roadblocks, they are opportunities to reinforce the importance of building habits. When consistently practised, these little steps will become an integral part of your life, empowering you to take control of your skincare journey. And remember, joining others with similar goals can be a powerful tool to keep you on track.

Tying in with looking at fruits and vegetables that hydrate and support the body we are adding water for the month of July habit.
So, keep sipping that water. Whether it’s from a special water bottle you love or during your exercise, like a daily walk, staying hydrated is key. Remember, it’s all about meeting your body’s daily water needs for a healthier you.
Even a simple act like sipping a tablespoon of water over an hour can greatly benefit your body. It’s a gentle way of staying hydrated, spreading the intake over time instead of chugging a glass all at once.

Tracking your daily water intake is essential for developing habits and ensuring you’re hitting your daily goal. Most food trackers have a water tracker built in; just find one that works for you.
